  Environmental Chemical Solutions is a growing leader in the spill response industry and we are looking for capable individuals to help us expand our business! You will receive training by our dedicated customer service team on our products and customer support policies and procedures. This part time position is perfect for a college student or anyone wanting 20 - 30 hours of work per week. Some of ECS's customers include Costco, Chevron, ExxonMobil and Kroger. 


JOB DUTIES
-Contact our customers to obtain monthly orders and check inventory levels of ECS products
-Communicate with individuals by phone, e-mail and FAX-Recommend product re-order levels
-Obtain updated customer information and accurately update computer files while conducting each call
-Answer calls from our customers regarding order status and account balances

QUALIFICATIONS
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-The ability to problem solve-Strong desire to achieve goals
-Basic computer knowledge/skills -Ability to follow procedures
-Must be self motivated
-Team player
-Flexibility
